BOARDMAN, Ohio – Culver’s will open its first Mahoning Valley restaurant in the former Denny’s building on U.S. Route 224.
Platz Realty Group announced the completion of the sale of the property at 154 Boardman-Canfield Road to Culver’s. Bill Kutlick of Platz Realty Group represented the seller in the transaction.
The property was owned by SCF RC Funding IV LLC of Princeton, N.J. The auditor’s website shows the company bought it in 2022 for $410,000. The seller at that time was 154 Boardman Canfield Holdings LLC. According to the auditor’s office, SCF TRS LLC is the new owner.
The roughly 1-acre property will be redeveloped for a Culver’s restaurant, according to the announcement.
Culver’s, based in Wisconsin, started in 1984 and specializes in “butterburgers” and frozen custard.
