BOARDMAN, Ohio – A Canfield developer has purchased vacant property along East Western Reserve Road, but no plans have been determined.
Mahoning County property records show that Naffah Development LLC bought the property at 850 E. Western Reserve Road for $412,000. Southwestern Development Co. was the seller, with the sale dated April 21.
Mike Naffah, principal of Naffah Development, said the company has no plans for the property yet. The company owns the plaza next to the parcel, so it made sense to buy it, he said. The Bread Chef and Ely’s to Go are among businesses in that plaza.
