YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Doing Better Business last year made significant advancements in the cloud-based solutions it offers.

As companies shift to a more digital environment, DBB has positioned itself to meet the unique needs of its clients.

The company reports growth in its premier cloud fax solution, which surged by 176% in the past year. The improvement of its eGoldFax ensures that its clients in health care, education and finance can use the service knowing their information is secure.

“Our fax solution offers peace of mind for organizations facing stringent regulations,” says Bill Hancher, director of business development at the Boardman office. “We enable our clients to concentrate on their core business activities without worrying about data privacy.”

DBB also doubled its content management footprint in 2024 to help businesses streamline operations, automate processes and organize vital information.

To support this growth, DBB’s team of solutions specialists, workflow developers and electronic forms designers created customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Also last year, the company relocated its Boardman branch to 6951 Southern Blvd.

“This new location reflects our commitment to better serve our clients,” says Deb Dellaposta, CEO of the Altoona, Pa.-based company.

Doing Better Business was founded in 1973 and is managed by Dellaposta and her siblings Beth Dellaposta, chief financial officer; and Joseph Dellaposta, chief operating officer. It serves clients in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Ohio.
