YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Don Thomas, managing partner at Platz Realty Group, will return to the Youngstown Business Incubator’s 2025 Shark Tank event — this time not as a secret.
“I was the secret shark last year, and we had a lot of fun with it,” Thomas said, noting that a friendly bidding challenge led to his involvement.
Thomas emphasized his support for YBI’s mission. “We believe strongly in the incubator and what the incubator is doing for our community. And so this was an easy yes.”
Looking ahead to this year’s event, he said, “I think I want innovation and somebody that’s focused on our community – somebody that’s embedded in the community, or invested in the community, and somebody that’s got a great idea.”
