NEW CASTLE, Pa. – The Citywide Development Corp. of New Castle will host its second Downtown Development Conference from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Oct. 24 at Le Resto: Sushi and Asian Fusion Cuisine, 101 E. Washington St.
Property owners, potential real estate investors, developers and anyone interested in the revitalization of downtown New Castle is encouraged to attend.
The conference, with the theme of Fostering Growth & Collaboration in the County Seat and Beyond, will focus on ongoing efforts to enhance economic vitality, from grant-funded initiatives to collaborative real estate projects.
The event, sponsored by the Lawrence County Board of Realtors, will include breakfast and lunch, insights from a lineup of local experts and networking opportunities with real estate agents, developers, NCCDC board members, Forward Lawrence staff members and city and county government officials.
