STRUTHERS, Ohio – Executive Computer Management Solutions Inc. on Monday announced the beginning of a new chapter for the company.
ECMSI has transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, a milestone that “honors its legacy, strengthens its future and deepens its commitment to the employees, partners and communities” it serves, a news release states.
The transition to an ESOP represents a strategic and forward‑looking decision by ECMSI’s leadership.
“Since 1999, our mission has been simple: deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships,” said Ralph Blanco, CEO of ECMSI. “Becoming an ESOP honors that mission by making sure that the people who make ECMSI what it is today have a direct stake in shaping its future. This is not just a structural change – it’s a celebration of our team and a commitment to long‑term stability.”
The ESOP structure strengthens the company’s values of “empathy, communication, modesty, service and integrity” by aligning employees with the company’s mission, the release states.
According to the company, key benefits of the ESOP structure include:
- Succession planning that ensures continuity of leadership and service.
- Employee engagement that drives innovation, quality and long‑term client satisfaction.
- Operational resilience that supports sustainable growth and adaptability.
- A stable ownership model that keeps the company locally controlled and mission‑driven.
“ECMSI has always been built for the long run,” said Dave Galioto, chief information officer. “This transition solidifies our foundation and ensures that our partners can continue to rely on us for the next 25 years and beyond.”
