STRUTHERS, Ohio – As an election year, 2024 brought many challenges to the decision-making process of businesses.
In response, ECMSI engaged in an in-depth discussion with its partners, employees and vendors, enabling growth in this atmosphere of uncertainty.
“We unexpectedly still saw continued growth as a company in terms of revenue, geographic territory, and within our team,” says marketing director Lauren Butka.
Last year the Struthers-based managed IT and cybersecurity company further developed its internal Network Operations Center/Security Operations Center to focus on cybersecurity, automation and education of its employees.
The company, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary, established a Cleveland location in 2024, solidifying its position in that market.
Facing increased competition in the IT managed services market, ECMSI made sure its clients understood the comprehensive approach of its services, according to Butka.
The company remained vigilant in the face of the constant and ever-evolving threats of cybercriminals, keeping the critical business data of its clients protected, Butka says. Through Acronis, a Swiss cybersecurity and data protection company, ECMSI is a partner of the Cleveland Cavaliers and will be engaging with its community impact team.
Founded in 1999, ECMSI has over 30 employees. Its community involvement extends to sponsoring community events and volunteering for nonprofit agencies. The office is a drop-off spot and fundraising location every year for Toys for Tots.
