YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – ECMSI recently announced that CRN, a brand of The Channel Co., has recognized marketing director Lauren Butka on its Women of the Channel list for 2025.

The annual CRN list celebrates women from vendors, distributors, solution providers and other channel-focused organizations who make a positive difference in the IT ecosystem. The CRN 2025 Women of the Channel honorees are innovative and strategic leaders committed to advancing channel excellence and supporting the success of their partners and customers.

Butka serves as the marketing director at ECMSI, where she is instrumental in developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy. With an MBA from Youngstown State University and a master’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University, she combines strong business insight with a deep understanding of consumer behavior.

In her role at ECMSI, Butka leads a wide range of marketing initiatives, working across various platforms and channels to drive brand awareness and growth. She leads a nationwide peer group, bringing together marketing professionals to share insights, foster collaboration and drive innovation within the industry. She also works to help support the next generation of business professionals, mentoring graduates as they transition into the workforce.
