WARREN, Ohio – Economic development officials across the Mahoning Valley and nearby western Pennsylvania report continued momentum, highlighted by Kimberly-Clark Corp.’s $800 million manufacturing plant in Trumbull County. The project led more than $860 million in regional investment in 2025, alongside downtown redevelopment efforts, new industrial sites and infrastructure projects aimed at attracting future business and job growth.
