WARREN, Ohio – The Elm Village Plaza at 1791 Elm Road has been sold to a Columbus-based investment group for more than $687,000, according to records from the Trumbull County Auditor’s office.
Midwestern Realty Estate Investments LLC purchased the plaza May 21 from Jay Ash LLC for $687,500, auditor’s data show. Midwestern Realty lists its address as 1547 E. Whittier in Columbus.
Records show the plaza was first constructed in 1920 and underwent remodeling in 1980. The building and its accompanying 2.6 acres were appraised at $532,200 for tax purposes in 2024.
