Emerging Leader: ‘Ensures People Are Heard’

Megan Roberts made an immediate impact on our business in a very short time. She took on a substantial software integration as her first project and came up with many creative ways to make what would normally be a painful experience fun and exciting. She has a high level of emotional intelligence and makes positive contributions to our group in many ways.
Megan has special powers. She’s an active listener and takes the time to ensure people are heard. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure her job is not only completed but done in a way that gets people’s attention.
She’s famous for leaving cards on staffers’ desks at the right moment. When someone is having a tough week or just completed a huge task, Megan takes the time to leave a handwritten note that lets people know that she noticed. She constantly does the “little things” right, which leaves a big impact on those around her.
