Ky Pegues
Vice President, Community Development Officer, Premier Bank
Ky Pegues has spent approximately eight of her 35 years in the banking profession working in a community development role. In her current position with Premier Bank, she is a vice president and community development officer serving the bank’s Mahoning Valley market and the Cleveland, Columbus, and North Central (Akron/Canton) markets.
She develops, maintains and collaborates with organizations to help elevate communities and advance the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) activities. She is passionate about lifting the underserved and advocating for equal access to resources for all.
Ky also leads our efforts with Premier Bank branches in low-to-moderate income areas. She facilitates a quarterly meeting with the branch managers to uncover community needs and increase CRA outreach activities. Our bankers depend on Ky’s knowledge and expertise in this field.
Ky is a mentor and source of support for numerous women. She is a key member of Premier Bank’s Minority Impact Council, a group that fosters professional development. She also mentors young women through the United Way as well as the Boys and Girls Club.
