Export Compliance Conference Set for April 25-26
WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa. – The Ohio –Pennsylvania Stateline Export Initiative is holding its first export training event April 25 and 26 at the Park Inn by Radisson Sharon.
Robert Imbriani, executive vice president of International at Team Worldwide, will be the speaker at the two-day conference.
The training will help identify what has changed in export controls and the steps necessary to be in full compliance. Through a review of the regulations as they currently exist and particular examples, the participant will gain an understanding of how to navigate the International Traffic in Arms and Export Administration Regulations, properly classifying exports and obtaining the necessary licensing and permission to export.
Discussions on the new license procedures and other changes will take place.
Tickets are $175 per person, or $150 per person when two or more people from the same company attend. A continental breakfast will be served.
