AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – An entity based in Kentucky has purchased the Falcon Commons Plaza at 4774 Mahoning Ave. for $1.58 million, records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office show.
Gabi H LLC, which lists a Nicholasville, Ky., address, bought the plaza from Falcon Commons LLC on June 25. Falcon Commons acquired the property in April 2024 for $1 million.
The strip plaza, built in 2002, is appraised at $937,480 for property tax purposes and houses a Little Caesars pizza parlor, a Cricket Wireless store and a Subway sandwich shop.
