Farmers Bank Hires Soriano as Project Manager

CANFIELD, Ohio – Farmers National Bank this week announced the hiring of Rebecca Soriano as project manager.

In this role, Soriano will be based in the bank’s administrative office in Canfield and will lead and monitor various projects throughout the organization.

“I specialize in continuous improvement, supply chain management, cost reduction and project management,” says Soriano. “I am excited to continue my career at Farmers, while also sharing my skillset and experience.”

Soriano brings over 15 years of experience in project management to Farmers, with nine of those years spent in a leadership role.

“In addition to her years of experience, her leadership will be a huge asset for Farmers,” says Michael Matuszak, senior executive vice President, chief operating officer. “She has a wide array of industry exposure too, which will make the transition into this role seamless.”

Outside of work, Soriano gives back to her community as a youth softball coach and is involved with the local Girl Scout Troop as a leader.
