YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Juan Santiago, vice president and community development officer at Farmers National Bank, was recently appointed to the Ohio FAIR Plan Underwriting Association Board of Governors for a term ending in September 2026.
Santiago received an American Bankers Association Emerging Leader Award in 2023. This award recognizes the next generation of bank leaders who are committed to the highest standards of achievement and service to both their industry and their local communities.
