CANFIELD, Ohio – Farmers National Bank will celebrate the grand opening of its new branch in Beachwood, Ohio, on Wednesday.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. at the new location, 22835 Chagrin Blvd. The branch opened earlier this year.
The new branch includes access to a 24-hour ATM. The lobby is open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 5 p.m. on Fridays.
Farmers, headquartered in Canfield, has $5.2 billion in banking assets and 62 banking locations in nine Ohio counties, as well as 10 counties in neighboring Pennsylvania.
Farmers also is expanding by acquiring Middlefield Bank in a $299 million stock deal that is projected to further expand the bank’s footprint and assets to $7 billion. The merger is expected to be completed at the end of the first quarter of 2026.
Middlefield Bank has a location in Cortland, Ohio, but an even larger presence in the Cleveland region and north of Columbus.
