PITTSBURGH, Pa. – F.N.B. Corp.’s largest subsidiary, First National Bank, has been recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Most Admired Workplaces for 2026. 

The bank received the award, which began in 2025, for the second consecutive year. 

F.N.B. was also recognized as one of western Pennsylvania’s Top Workplaces by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for the 15th consecutive year.

Newsweek partnered with Plant-A Insights Group on the research behind the Most Admired Companies list, analyzing more than 4.9 million comprehensive company reviews and conducting a large-scale online survey that asked more than 400,000 respondents to assess employers in detail.

The Top Workplace awards are based exclusively on employee feedback gathered through surveys distributed by Energage, a research firm committed to studying workplaces and identifying companies that cultivate healthy and fulfilled employees.
