GIRARD, Ohio – Local photographer Megan Flynn will celebrate the opening of Flynn Studios, a new photography and creative studio and the new home of MMFlynn Photography, at 9 W. Liberty St.
A ribbon cutting will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
MMFlynn Photography grew from Flynn’s passion for capturing people in a natural and authentic way into a photography business serving families, seniors, children, couples, professionals and local businesses throughout Mahoning and Trumbull counties, a news release states.
Flynn Studios was created to provide a welcoming and versatile space for portrait sessions while also giving other local photographers access to a professional indoor studio without the expense of maintaining a permanent space of their own.
Flynn Studios features a variety of photography options, including seamless paper backdrops, neutral curtain backdrops, lifestyle furnishings and seasonal sets.
“Photography started as a hobby I loved, and over the last couple years it has grown into so much more than I ever expected,” Flynn said. “Opening my own studio has been something I’ve been working toward over the last three years. I wanted to create a space that felt comfortable and beautiful for my own clients, but I also wanted it to be a resource for other photographers in our area. I’m excited to have a place in Girard where people can come in, create and feel at home.”
