CANFIELD, Ohio – The former Advance Auto Parts building at 10 Manor Hill Drive has been sold for $1.5 million.
Mahoning County property records show that AHI Capital LLC, with a listed residential address of 10750 Leffingwell Road in Ellsworth Township, bought the property from FWW Capital Group LLC. The transaction is dated April 28.
The store closed several years ago, and the building has been vacant since. The 7,000-square-foot structure was built in 2014.
According to the Ohio Secretary of State’s website, AHI Capital filed its articles of incorporation April 20.
FWW, the most recent former owner, paid $799,000 for the property in March 2023, according to property records. Developer Terrill Vidale is listed as the statutory agent for that company.
