BOARDMAN, Ohio – The former Inner Circle Pizza building on U.S. Route 224 has been sold to a Canfield real estate company for $535,000.
The Mahoning County Auditor’s Office website shows that Aarna Properties LLC bought the property from Direct Industrial Property Investments. The sale was posted to the auditor’s website July 16.
The restaurant at 1816 Boardman-Poland Road closed in early 2024. According to media reports at the time, the owners cited increased costs attributable to the Covid-19 pandemic and a workforce shortage.
The auditor’s website shows that in November 2024, Direct Industrial Property Investments paid $360,000 for the property. University Realty LLC was the former owner.
