YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – A former Rite Aid building at 540 E. Midlothian Blvd. has sold for $1.3 million, records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office show.
FCFS Ohio Inc. purchased the building and land Dec. 19 from 540 Youngstown LLC, data show.
The buyer is the Ohio subsidiary of First Cash Financial Services, part of FirstCash Holdings Co. based in Fort Worth, Texas.
FirstCash operates approximately 3,300 retail pawn and consumer lending operations in 29 states, Washington, D.C., the United Kingdom, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia and Ecuador. It operates 59 stores across Ohio, many under the Cash Land name, according to its website.
