BOARDMAN, Ohio – Entrepreneur Dominic Pecchia didn’t plan on launching an indoor air quality company – he simply loved 3D printing and product design. But during the Covid pandemic, a growing awareness of the air we breathe sparked an idea inside his family’s home. What started as curiosity about air vents turned into Impeccable Air, a startup reinventing household air filtration.

After studying mechanical engineering and working in advanced manufacturing, Pecchia began designing a two-piece HVAC return vent system that filters air as it exits each room – a method he says proved to be the most efficient after years of research and lab partnerships. The system mimics high-end room purifiers using activated carbon and HEPA-style filtration – but leverages a home’s existing ductwork to clean air continuously at a slower airflow rate.

Pecchia leaned on mentors, 3D-printed prototypes, fundraising and patent support to bring the product to market, ensuring it was DIY friendly and accessible for homeowners. Today, Impeccable Air is aiming to transform the industry – one vent at a time.
