NILES, Ohio — Meghan Grace, a generational researcher and consultant, delivered the keynote address at Lake to River Economic Development’s Regional Talent Summit on Thursday at the Eastwood Event Centre. The summit focused on strategies for attracting and retaining talent across the region.

Grace’s remarks centered on Generation Z — individuals born between 1995 and 2010 — and how their distinct values, behaviors and expectations are shaping the workplace. She argued that while generational friction may exist, especially around topics such as burnout and work ethic, acknowledging the shifting cultural landscape is key to building effective, empowered teams.
