YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Goods Electric, Heating & Air recently presented an $8,800 check and a food donation to the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley.
“At Goods Electric Heating & Air, we believe in taking care of our community. Through our Safety for the Season campaign, we were honored to donate $8,800 to the rescue mission, helping those in need stay warm and safe this winter,” said Dannie Erb, general manager of Goods Electric. “Giving back is at the heart of what we do, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support such an important cause.”
The donations will help the rescue mission continue its mission of supporting the 186 men, women and children who stay at its shelter nightly and the more than 400 meals it serves daily, a news release states.
“We are incredibly thankful for the generous support shown to the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley,” said Lynn Wyant, CFRE and chief development officer for the rescue mission. “Initiatives like this not only raise awareness but also make a significant impact on our community. We are deeply grateful for this thoughtful contribution.”
