Marketing and Communications Manager, All Star Gaming

The mission is clear at All-Star Gaming in Austintown, Ohio, and you can see the impact of what we do every day.

Our team has helped raise more than $86 million for charities across Ohio, and that sense of purpose gives people a reason to take pride in their work. It’s meaningful to know that what happens inside our office directly supports organizations in the community.

The culture here is steady and respectful. People are trusted to handle their responsibilities, and the environment is free of unnecessary pressure. Most of the good things about working here come from how people treat one another – simple things like clarity, follow-through and being willing to help when someone needs it.

A recent example that shows how well the company works together was the launch of our new ordering website. That project involved almost every department in one way or another. Sales, marketing, IT, customer service and operations all had a hand in getting it across the finish line.

What stood out wasn’t any one task, but how easily people stepped in to support each other. Teams shared information quickly, worked through issues together, and kept the focus on making the transition smooth for retailers. It was one of those moments where you could see how much the departments rely on each other and how well the company functions when everyone pulls in the same direction.

Flexibility is another part of the culture that employees value. When people need time for family or personal responsibilities, the company makes room for it. That balance keeps the workplace grounded and respectful.

All-Star Gaming continues to grow, but it remains a place where employees feel supported, appreciated and connected to work that genuinely matters.
