I am honored and blessed to be part of a family- and woman-owned business led by Melinda Miletta Miller, CEO, and her husband, Todd Miller, president, where every employee is truly valued.

Working for Melinda, also a philanthropist, allows me to love my job while also fueling my passion to give back to the community where I have lived my whole life.
Melinda’s initiatives, to name a few, include donating 400 backpacks filled with school supplies, holding book drives for Easter Seals and supporting nonprofits to alleviate everyday challenges for those in need, something that is only possible through her generosity.
I have witnessed firsthand how Todd and Melinda go above and beyond to support employees facing unexpected life hurdles. They lead quietly and modestly, without seeking recognition, while maintaining the foundation of a family-owned business and creating a safe, yet prosperous, workplace.
Through continuous growth and full support in my role, I have learned more than I ever imagined – from compressor stations and welding to the esteemed world of deer hunting, which I will never do – ever!
