Grove City College Hosts Virtual Event for Prospective Students

GROVE CITY, Pa. – With prospective students unable to visit campus, Grove City College is bringing the campus to them May 30 with the virtual Junior Preview Program.

From 1 to 3 p.m., President Paul J. McNulty will discuss the college and introduce high school students to campus leaders in academics, spiritual life, residence life, on-campus activities and the Career Services Office.

“Although we cannot recreate all of the experiences high school juniors typically have at the on-campus event, we felt we needed to let them know that they are not alone in their college search season,” said Lynise Massella, admissions event manager, in a statement. “We have created a digital resource page that they can visit at their convenience to get to know Grove City College better and to help us get to know them.”

Students can also schedule one-on-one appointments with faculty and financial aid representatives. On-demand videos will also be available online.

“Perhaps most important for prospective students is the opportunity to connect with current students for a Q&A session to get an insider’s perspective on what makes Grove City College special,” Massella said.

The Admissions Office will also be giving away prizes during the event.

Registration for the Junior Preview Program is available here. More information is available at GCC.edu/juniorpreview.
