YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – K.O.K. Capital Group LLC intends to invest more than $5 million into a new development along state Route 46 in Howland Township near the Eastwood Mall Complex.
The venture, Prosper Place, will be completed in phases, says Terrill Vidale, president and CEO of K.O.K. “Prosper Place will be a multifaceted development that is going to be welcoming to the community at large,” he notes.
K.O.K purchased the Mines Professional Building at 2400 Niles-Cortland Road for $950,000. The transaction closed Dec. 19.
The building, mostly used for medical offices, was built in 1975, according to public records.
Vidale says the new development will be home to a second location for Sapphire Aesthetics and Wellness, a health and wellness spa that operates at the Prosper Centre in Boardman and is owned by Vidale’s wife, Ashley.
Vidale and his investment groups have embarked on several real estate ventures over the past several years. In March, Vidale’s YAK Capital Group purchased the Shoppes at Niles at 5700 Youngstown-Warren Road for $4.4 million.
Last year, Vidale completed work and opened the $3.2 million Prosper Centre at 15 Boardman-Canfield Road in Boardman.
