NILES, Ohio – A $2.5 million renovation has transformed one of the city’s busiest hotels as leaders position the property for future growth in the Mahoning Valley.
Vivian Sullivan and Dean Manternach discuss the grand reopening and ribbon cutting for the newly renovated Hampton Inn & Suites at 5581 Youngstown-Warren Road.
The renovation includes redesigned guest rooms, new flooring, upgraded televisions, renovated lobby spaces, updated wall finishes, enhanced fitness center equipment and improvements to the pool and outdoor patio areas. Sullivan says the project creates a more welcoming experience for both business and leisure travelers visiting the region.
Manternach says the property underwent more than $2.5 million in improvements in less than 90 days, with additional exterior upgrades nearing completion. He says the investment builds upon the hotel’s long-standing focus on service and cleanliness while modernizing the guest experience.
Sullivan notes that continued development throughout the Niles retail and commercial corridor is helping attract visitors to the area, creating demand for quality lodging options that serve families, tourists and business travelers.
Both say the renovation strengthens the property’s position in the local hospitality market and supports ongoing economic activity throughout the Valley by providing an updated destination for guests visiting the region.
