HBK received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from the majority of its clients, outperforming the industry average of 48%, a news release states. The firm also achieved a Net Promoter Score of nearly double the industry average of 38%, reflecting sustained commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence across 20 offices in five states.
