NORTH LIMA, Ohio – The Holiday Inn Express at 10111 Market St. has been sold for $4.2 million.
Mahoning County Auditor’s Office records show that the hotel was sold Dec. 17 by Liberty Mahoning LLC to Welcome Hospitality Properties LLC.
The buyer filed articles of organization Oct. 22 with the Ohio Secretary of State’s Office, listing its purpose as real estate investments.
The hotel was built in 2002.
