POLAND, Ohio – Thrift & Thrive at the Farm will host its annual holiday open house Nov. 6-8, with extended hours from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day.
Owner Jody Cercone says the event will feature special discounts, along with a visit from a special guest at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the holiday room.
The store will showcase a variety of Christmas items, including trees, lights, ornaments and ceramic villages, as well as toys, home decor, electronics, tools and small appliances.
Cercone, who opened the store nearly 2 1/2 years ago, says Thrift & Thrive’s mission is centered on offering affordable items while also giving back to the community. Each month, a portion of the store’s proceeds is donated to a different local organization.
