YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Home Builders and Remodelers Association of the Valley recently named its new leadership and board of directors for 2026.
The new executive leadership will guide the organization, which has served the Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana areas for over 80 years, and its mission over the next year. The new leaders are:
- President: Zach Tabor, Tabor Landscape & Garden Center.
- Vice President: Bill Green, Boak & Sons.
- Executive Director: Trisha Howe, HBRA of The Valley.
The newly appointed board members bring diverse expertise, ranging from real estate and construction to specialized surfaces and retail. They are:
- Gina Shutrump, Howard Hanna Real Estate.
- Joe Koch Jr., Joe Koch Construction Inc.
- Rich Begalla, Window Depot.
- Bobbie Hosa, Top Advantage Surfaces.
- Ben Petronelli, Lowe’s Pro.
- Luigi Goyzueta, Professional Generator Systems.
HBRA also extended thanks in a news release to its returning board members and past leadership:
- Rick Galloway, past president, Galloway Construction.
- Mark Ramunno, NEOCC Co.
- Joe Conroy, WesBanco.
- Dave Novak, D&R Garage Doors.
- Sam Boak, Construction Specialists of Ohio.
