YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Hopewell Theatre will present “Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar and Grill,” a production centered on one of Billie Holiday’s final performances. Set in a Philadelphia bar in 1959, the show combines more than a dozen musical numbers with stories and reminiscences about the legendary singer.
Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 11, 18 and 19 and 2 p.m. Sept. 13 and 20.
