How Real Estate Pros Leverage Media Content to Build Relationships

There are a number of challenges facing real estate professionals, from battling with lead aggregators to driving traffic to your website and converting that traffic into customers.

One way to keep audiences engaged with your brand is through social media, says Jeff Leo Herrmann, CEO of the Youngstown Publishing Co. But social platforms bring their own set of challenges, not the least of which is using it consistently, he says.

“You just can’t get in and out,” Herrmann says. “Anything worth doing is worth doing consistently.”

As Facebook diverts from the general “shouting from the town square” presentation of its news feed to a more personalized experience and direct message-oriented communications model, businesses will have to adapt their strategy to get the maximum engagement out of their posts, he says.
