WARREN, Ohio – The Handyman Hardware & Supply building at 3900 Youngstown-Warren Road, Howland Township, has sold for $375,000, according to records from the Trumbull County Auditor’s Office.
The 10,000-square-foot building was purchased by Northside Appliance Company Inc. from Mazi Properties LLC on Dec. 19, records show. The sale also included a half-acre lot.
The new owner of the building declined to comment on plans for the site, and the hardware store is still in business, according to its Facebook page.
Auditor’s records show that the building was constructed in 1950 and was remodeled in 1977 and in 2009. The auditor appraises the land and building at $190,600 for tax purposes.
