HOWLAND TOWNSHIP, Ohio – A building that once served as a location for the Vein Center of Northeast Ohio has sold for $437,500, according to records from the Trumbull County Auditor’s office.
Data show that the building at 4100 Youngstown Road SE sold June 6 to 4100 YRSE LLC, based in Warren, from Sarala Sudheendra. The building, constructed in 1985, is appraised at $417,000, records show.
The building has been vacant for nearly a year.
Incorporation documents from the Ohio Secretary of State’s office show that Fadi Naddour, a cardiologist in Warren, is the statutory agent for 4100 YRSE.
The Vein Center closed its doors June 30, 2024, after its medical director, Dr. Rao Sudheendra, retired, according to the Vein Center’s Facebook page.
