HUBBARD, Ohio – A real estate company bought the buildings and property that are the home of a Hubbard Masury Road commercial vehicle service business for $835,000, according to data filed with the Trumbull County Auditor’s office.
The Hubbard Township property at 7125 Hubbard Masury was sold July 3 by ACHH Ohio Holdings LLC of Columbus to Seabass Realty of Carroll, Iowa.
W.W. Williams Co., which is located at the site, owned the property until 2020 when it was transferred to TWG Real Estate Holdings LLC. TWG transferred it two years later to ACHH.
The property includes a service garage and an office building.

According to W.W. Williams’ website, the company, which operates 50 locations throughout the country and in Mexico, was founded in 1912. It specializes in commercial vehicle service, fleet maintenance, power generation solutions, transport refrigeration and marine service. It represents original equipment manufacturers and provides aftermarket parts and logistics strategies, its website says.
