SALEM, Ohio – A Benton Avenue industrial warehouse and surrounding property has been sold for $3 million.
Columbiana County property tax records list Rane and/or Beth Lottinville of Sarasota, Fla., as the new owners, and Salem Real Properties LLC was the seller. The sale posted May 8.
Julie Needs, executive director of the Sustainable Opportunity Development Center in Salem, said it’s her understanding that the building will continue to be leased by Ventra, an industrial equipment supplier.
Rane Lottinville is the founder of Process Equipment, a heavy equipment supplier based in Bellevue, Wash., according to that company’s website.
