YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — The emergency department at Insight Hospital & Medical Center Trumbull could reopen in the coming weeks, according to Insight Health Systems CEO Dr. Jawad Shah, who met Tuesday with local officials to discuss the hospital’s future.
