WARREN, Ohio — Insight Health System has agreed to surrender its hospital license for Insight Hospital & Medical Center Trumbull as part of a settlement with the Ohio Department of Health, the agency confirmed Wednesday.

Plus, the Western Reserve Port Authority and Mahoning County have approved a memorandum of understanding to pursue development of a new government services center at the former Eastern Gateway Community College site in Youngstown.
