BOARDMAN, Ohio – Intempus Property Management marked its rebrand and expansion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, highlighting the company’s growing presence in regional real estate.

Darryl White, regional property director, said the company recently acquired a local portfolio of more than 450 units and now manages over 1,000 units across the region. The goal, he noted, is to reach 2,000 units by the end of 2026 while helping property owners reinvest and scale their rental portfolios.

Intempus operates as a full-service brokerage and property management firm, handling tenant screening, agreements, inspections and coordination with housing authorities and HOAs. Unlike many brokerages that outsource management services, White said Intempus keeps property management in-house as its primary focus.

With new economic development projects in the Mahoning Valley, including major industrial investments, the company expects continued demand for both new housing and refurbished properties.
