BOARDMAN, Ohio – Intempus Realty and Property Management will celebrate the rebranding and expansion of the former Demar Realty.
The company will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon Feb. 13 at its office, 6219 Market St.
Intempus Realty is a professional property management company that serves tenants, property owners and investors. It works collaboratively with property owners to maintain competitive rental rates, improve operational efficiency and provide opportunities for purchase when available.
The expansion reflects the company’s “commitment to growth, enhanced customer service and the delivery of additional property management and real estate services throughout northeastern Ohio,” a news release states.
“Our goal is to achieve operational excellence, uphold quality standards and provide safe, dependable housing for residents throughout the Valley,” the release states. “Guided by a regional director and vice president with extensive experience in both affordable and market-rate multifamily housing, we believe operational excellence is well within reach. We are also proud to build upon the legacy established by Sherry Demar and Demar Realty.”
