YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Janet Hill, a breast cancer survivor treated at the Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center, credits the facility with providing care that felt more like a spa than a hospital.
A patient since 2022, Hill described the staff as attentive and the setting as comforting. “It’s made a positive spin on my recovery,” she said.
Hill encourages others to get screened, noting her diagnosis began with the mobile mammography unit. She calls on the community to support the annual Panerathon, saying continued advancements at the center offer patients a brighter outlook.
