Jordan Joins Kiko Realtors, Auctioneers & Advisors

CANTON, Ohio – Kiko Realtors, Auctioneers & Advisors is welcoming attorney Margaret Jordan to its business development team.

Jordan joins as a director of business development, working with estate attorneys, business consultants and commercial real estate brokers. With more than 15 years experience, she will serve as an adviser and liaison to anyone who is preparing for, or experiencing, a liquidity event where they need to convert an asset to cash.

She will be teaming up with Sarah McIntosh, Kiko director of business development who works with banking, business consulting and financial clients. 

Jordan serves on the board for the Association of Corporate Growth and is chair of ACG’s Women in Transactions Committee. She earned her law degree from the University of Akron School of Law and her M.S. and B.A. from the University of Akron.

Kiko is a fourth generation, family-owned business. The company specializes in the sale of residential and commercial real estate and high-value assets like equipment, firearms and classic cars.
