POLAND, Ohio – Joseph J. DePascale Accounting and Business Advisors recently announced the addition of Jackie Dierickx as the firm’s new head of customer acquisition and marketing. Dierickx will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to expand the firm’s client base and enhance its brand presence in the industry.
Dierickx brings seven years of experience in marketing and customer engagement, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results. She has held leadership roles in the automotive industry, where she developed and executed campaigns that aligned with business goals and connected with target audiences.

In her role as head of customer acquisition and marketing, Dierickx will oversee digital marketing, client acquisition strategies, branding efforts and community engagement. She is committed to leveraging modern marketing tools and data-driven insights to elevate the firm’s visibility and connect with clients in meaningful ways.
Dierickx holds a bachelor’s from Weber State University, as well as a master’s with a certification in Google Analytics. Additionally, she is a seven-year Air Force veteran. Outside of work, Dierickx is a busy mom, shuffling two kids to figure skating, baseball and basketball games. She enjoys hiking with her husband and her goldendoodle.
