POLAND, Ohio – The Mahoning-Shenango Valley Estate Planning Council announced that Kevin Chiu has been selected to serve as president for the 2026 term.
Chiu is a vice president of Elsass Financial Group and has worked in financial services since 1999. He holds multiple advanced professional designations, including Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant, Accredited Investment Fiduciary and National Social Security Advisor. His practice emphasizes comprehensive financial planning and coordinated estate and retirement planning solutions.
The Mahoning-Shenango Valley Estate Planning Council is a multidisciplinary association of attorneys, CPAs, financial advisers, trust officers and insurance professionals committed to advancing excellence and ethical standards in estate planning across the Mahoning and Shenango Valley region.
During his 2026 term, Chiu will guide the council’s educational initiatives and foster collaboration among local estate planning professionals.
