SHARON, Pa. – Kismet PEO reports 120% revenue growth in 2024, adding 18 clients and enhancing its offerings.
The professional employer organization also expanded its footprint to Louisiana, introduced a new insurance plan, hired an implementation manager, and adopted a new applicant tracking system, according to Stephen Kelleher, co-founder.
Kelleher assumed the role of president late last year.
Lew Kachulis, owner and CEO, expects sales to continue to rise in 2025.
“We just experienced a significant growth year and identified several key areas to improve on in 2025,” he says. “We ended the year with great sales activity and are beginning 2025 the same way. We expect a record year in 2025.”
Kismet provides human resources outsourcing services, payroll processing, compliance management and expanded benefits solutions to its clients.
