WARREN, Ohio – The city of Hermitage plans to turn the Pennsylvania National Guard Armory into a community center after taking ownership of the nearly 8-acre property. The Kraynak Community Family Center will be named for Kraynak’s owner, George Kraynak, who is covering the $920,000 purchase price.
